# Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Puffy Slippers Tech LLC (“we”, “us”) handles information on this website (tech.puffyslippers.com). Our mobile apps have their own policies.

## 1\. The short version

This is a static website with no advertising and no cross-site tracking. We don't use tracking cookies. We only receive information you choose to send us — for example, when you submit the contact form.

## 2\. Information we collect

Information you send us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive the details you provide (such as your name, email address and message) so we can respond.

Feature feedback. The Coming Next page accepts anonymous votes and emails your ideas to support. Voting stores a keyed hash of a random browser identifier with each selected feature, plus aggregate totals. No name or email address is required. Brief rate-limit records use keyed network hashes, not raw IP addresses, and are removed during subsequent voting requests after their short window expires.

Privacy-respecting analytics. We may use a cookieless, aggregate analytics service that does not build profiles of you or track you across sites, and does not store personal information on your device.

Server logs. Our hosting provider may keep short-lived, standard technical logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability. We do not use these to identify you.

## 3\. How we use information

We use the information you send only to respond to you and to provide what you asked for. We use aggregate analytics only to understand overall site usage and improve the site.

We use feature votes and ideas to help prioritize possible improvements to Oh No! Parent Control.

## 4\. Cookies

We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. Any storage used is strictly necessary for the site to function.

The Coming Next voting service sets an anonymous cookie lasting up to one year to remember votes and limit duplicate submissions. It is restricted to the voting endpoint and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. Clearing it removes this browser's vote memory but does not erase previously counted votes; please do not vote again for the same feature.

## 5\. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and deliver email (for example, our hosting and email-delivery providers), strictly to provide the service, or where required by law.

## 6\. Data retention

We keep contact messages only as long as needed to handle your request and our records, then delete them.

Feature suggestions are kept in our support mailbox. Anonymous ballots and totals have no automatic expiration and may remain while we consider feature feedback.

## 7\. Your rights

Depending on your location (including under the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information. Email contact@tech.puffyslippers.com and we will help.

## 8\. Changes

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change accordingly.
